Project Planning
Project planning involves resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline planning. The production team creates a detailed scope document presented to the client by the sales team. Business analysts outline project requirements, delivering the Statement of Work (SOW) and wireframes. This meticulous approach ensures organized project progression, meeting client expectations with a 100% delivery rate.
Project Execution
In Project Execution, we begin with client-approved mockups and UI/UX development, ensuring alignment with wireframes. Frontend development meets visual and functional requirements, verified by QA. Backend development, including API creation and database setup, is rigorously checked for integration.
